At Finest Print, most of our products are customized, personalized, and made-to-order. Because of the nature of our products, returns and replacements are only accepted for items with production defects or errors caused by Finest Print.
To request a return or replacement, please contact our Customer Support team within "7 days of receiving your order". Kindly provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue for evaluation.

What Can Be Returned or Replaced
We are happy to assist if the product has:
* Printing defects caused during production
* Embroidery defects caused during production
* Engraving errors caused during production
* Incorrect item delivered
* Product that differs significantly from the approved artwork or order specifications

What Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
* Wrong size selected by the customer
* Incorrect information, spelling, or artwork approved by the customer
* Change of mind after order confirmation
* Minor color variations between digital screens and printed output
* Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery
* Customized products produced according to the approved design and specifications

Shipping Charges for Returns
If a return or replacement is approved due to a production error by Finest Print, replacement shipping costs will be covered by Finest Print.
If the return is due to reasons not covered under this policy, all shipping and handling charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.
