At Finest Print, we stand behind the quality of our products, craftsmanship, and customer service.

Every order is carefully produced using quality materials, professional printing methods, and strict quality control standards to ensure that your finished product meets your approved specifications.

We are committed to delivering products that match the artwork, quantity, and requirements approved by our customers. If there is an issue caused by our production process, we will evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or reprint the affected item.

What Is Covered

Our Quality Guarantee covers:

* Printing defects caused during production
* Embroidery defects caused during production
* Engraving defects caused during production
* Incorrect item delivered
* Products that significantly differ from the approved artwork or order specifications

All concerns must be reported within seven (7) days from receipt of the order.

What Is Not Covered

Finest Print cannot be held responsible for:

* Spelling, punctuation, grammatical, or content errors approved by the customer
* Low-resolution, poor-quality, or incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
* Errors found in approved mockups, layouts, or proofs
* Incorrect sizes, quantities, colors, or specifications selected by the customer
* Minor color variations between digital screens and printed products
* Normal wear and tear after use
* Damage caused by improper handling, washing, storage, or misuse

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all quotations, artwork, mockups, layouts, sizes, quantities, and specifications before giving final approval.

Once artwork and production details have been approved, production will proceed based on the approved design and information provided.

Resolution

If a production-related issue is verified by Finest Print, we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution, including:

* Reprinting the affected item
* Repairing the affected item
* Replacing the affected item
* Providing a partial or full refund when applicable
